In 2004, started operations as a post graduate management college. After having served the interests of nine batches of management aspirants, BLA matured into a formidable force in Management Education

In 2008, started Entrepreneurship-Incubation, the BLA extended its services beyond the limitations of formal education to enable individuals to develop and implement a whole new perspective and approach to corporate and pragmatic matters. We are proud of having incubated entrepreneurs and their success stories are an inspiration for us to incubate prospective candidates.

In 2009, started Employment training, unlike the characteristics of conventional education that ends with awarding a degree, the next step of getting employed is where the BLA team emphasized upon. In association with the District Employment Exchange, the BLA has been host to various job fairs and skill-training programs.

In 2010, BLA was officially designated as “Authorised Training Partner for Wipro”. BLA considers its employment initiatives as the most essential and noteworthy contributions to the creation of intellectual capital for the nation.

In 2011, further became “Placement and Training Partners” for a host of international banks and corporates. The BLA has been instrumental in the creation of a platform for providing jobs to corporate aspirants in this belt.

In 2012, started a Degree College (B. Com) and PU College (Commerce and Science) in the name of “Shivabasappa Geeranavar College”.  The man, who seeded the idea of making lives of people meaningful by providing quality and affordable education, Sri. Shivabasappa Geeranavar also was a freedom fighter. He turned 100 years in 2012, in the same year, the degree college was started in his name as a humble dedication to this great man.

In 2013, started a school in the name of “Kamadhenu English Medium School”. The school started as a small and eco-friendly place to nurture young children and grew exponentially by providing opportunities for learning and enriching experiences beyond the classroom with sports, music, yoga and fitness.
